Our Ultrasound Techs
Mother Nurture Ultrasound is owned and operated by Sara Gamache. Sara received her certificate of training in 3D/4D ultrasound in 2014. Since that time, she’s completed over 10,000 scans.
Sara was born and raised in Washington but spent time living on the East Coast when she married her husband. It was during her first pregnancy with her daughter that she became intrigued in the 3D/4D technology and inspired her to open her business when her family moved back to Washington.

Military Owned
Owner Sara Gamache is a military spouse and has developed her business around compassion and understanding of the military community and lifestyle. In 2015, Mother Nurture Ultrasound became the first in the state to begin offering a new live streaming technology which allows deployed fathers the watch the ultrasound live from anywhere in the world. Sara provides this service for free if the spouse is deployed because it’s important to her that the fathers get to be a part of the pregnancy while they are making sacrifices for our country.
Throughout the year, Sara also donates 30-40 free ultrasounds to service members and their families as a way of thanking them for their service. Paying military clients get to enjoy 10% off any regular priced package.
Sara is also an administrator of an online pregnancy group for expecting military spouses and members to whom she provides support, professional advice, and answers questions.
Recognition in the Medical Community
It is important to choose an elective facility that your doctor or midwife supports and endorses. Mother Nurture Ultrasound has relationships with all local OBGYN clinics and midwives. In fact, several even partner with us and provide their patients with literature about our services and 10% off coupons for our ultrasounds. We meet with members of the medical community throughout the year to talk about ways to best accommodate our shared clientele.
If we see something concerning during your appointment we feel comfortable reaching out to your doctor or midwife since that relationship is already established. This allows us to openly communicate with your provider about the details of your ultrasound and request that they follow up with you for a medical visit.

We offer free bring backs to clients for whom we weren’t able to get good photos for during the first appointment. In some cases, we will have you come back for free as many times as it takes to get just those perfect shots.
Spectacular Atmosphere
The atmosphere of our clinic is often described by our clients as a “spa like experience”. Our goal is to provide a non-clinical feel, something that is more cozy and comfortable than a doctor’s office. Our “shabby chic” themed waiting area features plenty of seating and a comfortable couch for large families to hang out while the expecting mother fills out paperwork. We have drinks, snacks and a large play area with toys to keep the little ones occupied.
The ultrasound room itself is cozy and dim lit. Get comfortable on our bed while you get to enjoy seeing your baby up on a 70″ screen television. Friends and family can gather around to share the experience and there is spot in the room with more toys for the little ones if they are less interested. We even have warm gel and don’t require a full bladder.
Largest Facility in the State
Mother Nurture Ultrasound is the largest elective ultrasound provider in Washington. Our facility is over 1,000 square feet and includes a large waiting area with snacks and a mini fridge, restrooms, an infant changing table, a children’s play area and more. The ultrasound room can accommodate up to 15 people. The office also has a full sized photography studio for our gender reveal photo shoots.
