Sneak Peek Waiver

I, understand, acknowledge that potential delays of test results are rare, but possible. Sneak Peek and Mother Nurture Ultrasound are not liable for Fed Ex mailing system delays. I accept the Fed Ex mailing system as a consistent, yet imperfect system that is not under the control of either Sneak Peek or Mother Nurture Ultrasound. Fed Ex can have disruptions in service due to weather and other matters out of our control.
• Next day results – not available if blood draw takes place on a weekend or after 2:00 PM on a weekday.
• No shipping on Sundays or U.S. Holidays. If this applies, the additional day will be added to the time your results are delivered.
Fast Track Result Delays- Results are considered delayed if you have not received your Sneak Peek Result Email by 9:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on the expected day.
The following applies:
• Your service will be converted to standard
• You will be issued a $20 refund
• Please contact Mother Nurture Ultrasound for the refund, we cannot issue it unless you contact us
Standard Results Delay- Results are considered delayed if you have not received your Sneak Peek result email by 9:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on the expected day.

I acknowledge that is some instances the blood sample may not pass the quality control check or there may be insufficient fetal DNA, resulting in an inconclusive result. If this happens, you will receive an email from Sneak Peek and may also be contacted by Mother Nurture Ultrasound.
The following applies:
• You can come back for a free redraw 1-4 weeks later, depending on how far along you were the first time you took the test. Redraws ONLY take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• You can receive a refund instead of a redraw
Sneak Peak blood draw services are only hosted within the Mother Nurture Ultrasound facility. You acknowledge that Mother Nurture Ultrasound is only acting as a 3rd party and is in no way affiliated to Sneak Peek or their contracted phlebotomists. After you have received the blood draw all communications regarding the level or service, including complaints need to be sent to Sneak Peek. You agree to refrain from naming Mother Nurture Ultrasound in any negative review or complaint, on social media, google, yelp, other other review websites or public websites/forums in regard to the Sneak Peek service.
